Fun Run Registration

Experience a reimagined Fun Run in Downtown Austin this year, to enjoy virtually and on your own time. The Fun Run will start on November 27th and will run until December 31st. Run (or walk) at any point during this time on your own time! 

Registration includes:

• (1) Commemorative long-sleeve cotton Fun Run t-shirt (adult and youth sizing)
• (1) Austin Trail of Lights Fun Run 2021 bib
• (1) Access to a festive and fun 3-mile course around Downtown Austin landmarks
• (1) Swag bag at Packet Pick-Up

Fun Run registration does not include vehicle entry to the Austin Trail of Lights, a separate vehicle admission pass is required. Team discounts not available for Fun Run registrations this year.

FUN RUN PACKET PICK UP:

Fun Run packet pick up will no longer be available at the Zilker Tree. Below please find new date/time & location details to pick up your Fun Run t-shirt and other packet elements.

What am I picking up? Your 2021 Fun Run commemorative long-sleeve t-shirt, Fun Run race bib, and goodie bag!

Pick-up Instructions: Upon arrival, present your Fun Run registration ticket to staff for validation. We encourage everyone to wear a mask when interacting with our team. Temporary parking is available.

WHAT TO BRING TO PACKET PICK-UP:

• Please bring a photo ID, along with either a printed or mobile version of your registration "ticket" from our partner, Ticketbud. (Check your spam folder as sometimes Ticketbud messages get filtered).  
• Please respect the health and safety of Fun Run registration team member and other Fun Run participants at Packet-Pick up, and wear a mask and maintain social distancing.  
• We appreciate your cooperation!

Can’t make it yourself? That’s okay! A friend can pick up your packet for you! Just give them a copy of your registration "ticket" either as a print-out or on their mobile device for scanning verification by our registration and packet pick-up staff. 

You do not need your t-shirt and Fun Run bib to participate, but we encourage you to pick it up in advance and show your spirit while enjoying this fun and re-imagined event ~ 2021 style!

2021 FUN RUN TIPS:

• There is NO pedestrian or vehicle access to the Austin Trail of Lights drive-through with Fun Run registration. The Trail of Lights is a separate event and advance vehicle admission passes are required and special driving/arrival instructions apply.

*Reminder, all sales are final. No refunds or shirt-size exchanges are possible. Registrations are per person. The 2021 Fun Run is enjoyed on your own time and not a formal run this year. Fun Run registration does not include entry to the 2021 Austin Trail of Lights Drive-Thru Experience. A separate vehicle pass is required to drive through and enjoy the Austin Trail of Lights.

2021 Austin Trail of Lights Fun Registration does not include access or entry to the Trail of Lights.

No Refunds or Exchanges permitted. All sales are final. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the pass purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management. Pass user assumes all risks of COVID and personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. Pass purchaser/user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event, of inclement weather. Pass that is lost or stolen cannot be replaced. The resale or attempted resale of this pass at a price higher than that appearing on the pass is prohibited and if discovered will result in the pass being voided without refund. This pass may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Fun Run event is a virtual experience on your own schedule.

As a condition of my pass purchase and attendance participation in the Event, you hereby grant Austin Trail of Lights, the event director and host organizations a limited license to use my name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, video, biographical and other information (collectively, “Likeness”), in any media platform or format whatsoever, and to distribute, broadcast and exhibit these without charge, restriction or liability, but only for the purposes of advertising or promoting the Event. The foregoing grant, however, does not constitute consent for any third party to use my Likeness in an endorsement of any product or service without my specific written consent.

2021 Austin Trail of Lights Fun Run is a virtual experience separate from the Drive Thru Vehicle Admission Pass. Fun Run Registration does not permit entry to the actual Austin Trail of Lights. All sales are final ~ no refunds or exchanges. This pass grants a revocable license to the bearer and bearer may be removed at any time for any reason. The resale or attempted resale of this pass at a price higher than that appearing hereon is grounds for seizure of the pass and cancellation without compensation. The holder assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the attraction. In general, this ticket will not be replaced, refunded, or exchanged. This is a virtual event experienced on your own schedule.
